Design Manager

We are seeking a Design Manager with an Engineering Degree, Certifications and 10-15 years relevant experience.  Must possess good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will also have progressive experience in management of design and field work as well as HVAC systems.  Experience working with US Army Corps of Engineers is desired.
